Eldar will see the table again.  We talk about the Fire Prisms and Wave Serpents this episode and highlight a few more psychic powers and strategems.

First things first… We had an audio issue on this show caused by a software update.  I apologize in advance.  I hope you can still enjoy the show.  If you have trouble getting to the show from work we are also on YouTube. You can find the full show there and short tactic and reaction videos.

We come back to the Eldar codex this episode to talk about some of their power units.  Fire Prisms, Wave Serpents and Falcons are back in a big way and this has a little to do with the sweet Eldar vehicle upgrades.

Being able to easily unlock dedicated transports is a hallmark of this edition, we’ve seen it with the Razorback and we think we’re going to see it with the Wave Serpents.  The vehicle boasts an impressive 13 wounds with not a lot of points.  It also reduces the damage it takes by 1 if it still has the serpent shield active.

The Fire Prism is also fantastic.  It picks up the Leman Russ ability about firing twice and this weapon is awesome!

The Finishing Moves segment is sponsored by Frontline Gaming. Their new mats are now hot off the presses and getting ready to be shipped. Please check them out, even if you already have a game mat. Their new styles are very impressive. If you haven’t already get your tickets NOW for the mega Las Vegas Open.

This segment is about when to paint and when not to maybe paint – what some people leave as ‘non painted surfaces’ on their models.

Thank you and Enjoy!

Forge the Narrative is mostly a Warhammer 40k Podcast. Each episode is about an hour long. This ideally gives you something neat to listen to on your way to work, or on the way back home. Maybe you can even listen while you are painting or modeling!

FTN mostly focuses on 40k, but again you will see in the first few episodes we take a severe deep dive into nerdom. These have been a blast to record and I hope they help pass the time for you.

Alternatively you can subscribe via your own iTunes, and it should update our podcast when we post a new one.
